DARJEELING CHA BREWING GUIDE
CHAMPAGNE KHABEN?
PREPARE THE CHAMPAGNE OF TEAS by following these simple steps
Measure the tea
Use about 1 teaspoon of BRONSUN'S Darjeeling tea leaves per cup of water. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
Heat water
Use fresh, filtered water and heat it to around 195-205°F (90-96°C). Water that's too hot can scorch the delicate leaves and result in a bitter taste.
Steep the tea
Place the measured tea leaves into a teapot or infuser. Pour the hot water over the leaves and let them steep for 3-4 minutes. Steeping time can vary depending on your taste preference and the specific Darjeeling tea you're using. Longer steeping times generally result in a stronger flavor.
Serve
Pour the freshly brewed Darjeeling tea into teacups and enjoy it plain or with a slice of lemon or a splash of honey, depending on your preference. You can also add sweeteners like sugar or honey if desired.
Store properly
To preserve the freshness and flavor of your Darjeeling tea, store it in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Our teas are packed in zip lock pouches so you can also store it in the pack itself.
