STEP 1

In a saucepan bring 1 cup of water to boil

STEP 2

Add 2-3 tsp of Kolkata Special Tea let it steep for 3-5 minutes

STEP 3

Pout 1 cup of milk and bring the mixure to a gentle boil 

STEP 4

Stir in Sugar/ Sweetner of yoiur choice to taste and simmer for another 2- 3 minutes

STEP 5

Strain the chai in the cup and enjoy it hot
