Shipping Policy

 


1. DELIVERY LOCATIONS & TIMINGS

We currently ship only across India, from Monday to Saturday. Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days.

Minimum 3 days and max 8 days of delivery.

Monday to Friday are considered business days except for public holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

 

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking / UPI and other options across major banks routed via merchant payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available.

 

3. FREE SHIPPING

We are currently offering free shipping for all orders.

 

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB) and our courier partner name are sent to you via email by Our shipping partner Ship Rocket from SUNSHINE AGRICULTURE FARM. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track your shipment's current location and expected date of delivery.

Return Policy:

1. Tea items eligible for return include unopened packages, items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Please note that for health and safety reasons, opened tea packages cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. Since our products fall in the category of food and beverage, every purchase is considered to be final and cannot be returned unless there the items are damaged and defective upon arrival.

Timeframe:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition of the Item:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Customers may choose between a refund for returned items or an exchange for another product of equal value.
